- R350 Application Fee Proof of Payment (non-refundable)

- A copy of the learner's most recent school report/ pre-school report.

- Learner's Transfer Letter OR Recommendation Letter from Previous School.

- Learner's Disciplinary Record from Previous School.

- Certified Copy of the Learner's Birth certificate.

- Passport Size Photo of Learner.

- Work Books from Previous School for the last 12 months.

- Copy of Valid Study Visa (foreign learner only).

- Certified Copy of Parent/ Legal Guardian ID or Passport.

- Certified Copy of ID/ Passport of Person Responsible for the Account.

- Proof of Income/ 3 Months Bank Statements for Person Responsible for the Account.

- Proof of Residence of Person Responsible for the Account.
