Aurum Academy is registered as a Non-Profit Entity in terms of the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The Academy’s Board of Directors has eight members with combined expertise in education, governance, finance, construction, banking, legal and project management.

The Board has established and is supported by four sub-committees of the Board which constitute of additional expertise and subject matter experts that helps the Board in discharging their fiduciary responsibilities.
