PHILOSOPHY
Aurum Adventist Academy offers an educational programme that is based on the Seventh-day Adventist Christian philosophy which recognise God as being the Creator, Sustainer, and Saviour of mankind and therefore the source of all that is. This fundamental premise upon which this philosophy is based on is the belief that this reality touches every aspect of life. The educational programme in this school is designed to make the power of the Gospel a reality in the lived experience of our learners.
OBJECTIVES
- Promotion of spiritual excellence for our staff and learners.
- Attain full enrolment at the high school by 2026.
- Provide a rigorous all-rounded education system for all learners that ensures high levels of learner achievement.
- Attract, develop, and retain competent and capable staff for the academy to meet institutional needs.
- Maintain sound, functioning, effective, and efficient governance structures.
- Maintain a healthy financial system that will enable the creation of a reserve fund and solid financial buffer.
